Stained Glass Theatre is a full-time, nonprofit Christian theater committed to, “Serving Christ Through the Arts”. Our actors and support personnel are selfless volunteers who give of themselves in ministry to the body of Christ and the community at large. We strive daily to strengthen, edify and draw into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ both the churched and unchurched.

Scene One Theatre

Scene One’s “black box theatre” is located at 121 East High Street, below Carrie’s Hallmark, in Downtown Jefferson City, Missouri. Scene One’s mission is to promote the production and performance of comedies, dramas, musicals and original theatrical works that are ”avant-garde” in nature.

Miller Performing Arts Center

Owned and maintained by the Jefferson City Public Schools, this new state-of-the-art performing arts center is a wonderful addition to Jefferson City. The performing arts center attracts both out-of-town professional performances and local flavor to the stage.

The Jefferson City Community Concert Association’s goal is to provide audiences with quality entertainment at reasonable prices and of being the primary support organization for the Jefferson City Symphony Orchestra.

Tickets for individual JCSO performances and season tickets may be purchased at the door on the evening of a concert. Season tickets may also be purchased from the Jefferson City Community Concert Association.

Tickets for JCCCA concerts are $15 for adults and $8 for students/children. Tickets for the Lincoln University Share in the Arts concerts are $15 for adults and $5 for students and children.

Capital City Players Dinner Theatre

Capital City Players performs some of the most popular musicals of today and also features classic favorites from time to time. Having performed shows such as “Grease”, “All Shook Up” and Footloose, the Capital City Players have between 10 and 12 shows a year. Evening performances are at 6:30 p.m. and matinees are at 12:30 p.m. Performances are at Shikles Auditorium, 1200 Linden Drive. Capital Arts not only offers spectacular gallery space for the visual arts, but promotes all the arts through sponsorships and inclusion in its well-read arts calendar. Its community outreach programs are numerous, and expanding. Among its newest effort is offering classes for all ages and levels of talent at the Capital Arts Studio.
