From the beginning, we will answer any questions and gather any information that will make your event planning easier. We will provide you with hotel room rates and meeting space prices in order to make your job as easy as possible.

Site Inspection

We love to show off our city! Allow a CVB member to escort you on a tour of Jefferson City. We will accompany you to any hotels or attractions that you might be interested in utilizing for your event.

Customized Historic Site Itineraries

Allow the CVB to design the perfect schedule of events for your group’s stay in Jefferson City.

Registration Assistance

Volunteer personnel are available to assist you with registration needs.

A banner stating “Welcome to Jefferson City” may be arranged for display at host hotels during your stay.
