The Jefferson City Convention and Visitors Bureau moved into its new location, 100 E. High, in September of 2007. This location is in the middle of the downtown district and only a block from the Missouri State Capitol. We invite you to stop by our office when you are in town!

A visitor information center offers visitors information about Jefferson City’s attractions, hotels, shopping and dining. Visitors can also sign up for a tour of the Missouri State Penitentiary, the Missouri state prison that was decommissioned in 2004, at our office.

The Convention and Visitors Bureau is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and select Saturdays throughout the year. Call for more information.
